These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AppShakti and the website appshakti.com (the "Service"), operated by AppShakti ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AppShakti is a software product (SaaS): a no-code builder that lets small businesses create their own mobile Progressive Web App (PWA) and website, set up and managed over WhatsApp. Features include an online storefront, order taking, appointment booking, UPI payment collection, and a customer chatbot. A free tier is available; paid plans unlock additional features.
What AppShakti is not: AppShakti is not a healthcare provider, telemedicine service, doctor-consultation platform, or marketplace of any kind. Some of our customers are clinics and doctors who use the software to run their own practices — exactly as bakeries, salons, and shops use it to run theirs. All medical (and other professional) services are provided solely by those independent businesses. The only payments AppShakti collects are software subscription fees for the use of this platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a genuine business to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity carried out through your account and registered WhatsApp number.
You agree not to use the Service to sell illegal goods or services, to impersonate another business or person, to send spam or unlawful content, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend or remove any app that violates these Terms or applicable law.
The free tier is free. Paid plans are software subscription fees charged at the prices shown on our website (currently Business at ₹399/month or ₹3,999/year, and Clinic Pro — a software plan for clinic businesses — at ₹11,999/year). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By purchasing a paid plan you authorise us to charge the applicable fee via your chosen payment method. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Payments that your own customers make to you through your AppShakti app (including payments patients make to a clinic) go directly to your own UPI / payment account. They are transactions between you and your customer — AppShakti is not a party to them, does not process or hold those funds, and takes no commission. You are solely responsible for fulfilling those orders, for the goods/services you sell, and for any refunds to your customers.
The AppShakti platform, software, and templates are our intellectual property. The content you add (business name, products, photos, prices) remains yours; you grant us a licence to host and display it solely to operate the Service for you.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the data-deletion options in our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
