This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions to AppShakti purchased on appshakti.com.
AppShakti offers a free tier. You can create and use a business app at no cost. No payment is required and nothing is charged for the free tier.
Paid plans (e.g. Business at ₹399/month or ₹3,999/year, Clinic Pro at ₹11,999/year) are billed in advance for the chosen period. Payment is collected securely through Razorpay and your paid features are activated immediately after successful payment.
You may cancel a paid plan at any time. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it is not renewed and your app automatically continues on the free tier — your app and data are never deleted on cancellation. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@appshakti.com.
Because paid features are digital and activated immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the period has begun. As a goodwill measure:
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Razorpay and are typically credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Payments that a customer makes to a business through that business's AppShakti app are between the customer and that business. AppShakti is not a party to those transactions; refunds for such orders are handled directly by the business concerned, per its own policy.
